Lattice doesn’t cover strategy at all. Therefore, they cannot help you improve strategic alignment. It will be impossible to ensure everyone and all goals are aligned with company strategy.

OKR management

Lattice's OKR features are basic. As you grow, you’ll have more specific needs and Lattice won’t be able to handle those. Lattice also lacks the expertise and services to help you roll out OKR successfully.

1:1s & Feedback

1:1s and Performance reviews in Lattice only cover OKRs, but KPIs are equally important. There may be workarounds to include them but it'll be messy and hard to standardize these best practices.
