Small Improvements (SI) is also a performance platform but mostly focused on feedback. It's up-to-par with Perdoo on people management, but doesn't cover strategy and its OKR features are basic.
SI doesn’t cover strategy at all. Therefore, they cannot help you improve strategic alignment. It will be impossible to ensure everyone and all goals are aligned with company strategy.
SI's OKR features are basic. As you grow, you’ll have more specific needs and SI won’t be able to handle those. SI also lacks the expertise and services to help you roll out OKR successfully.
1:1s and Performance reviews in SI only cover OKRs, but KPIs are equally important. There may be workarounds to include them but it'll be messy and hard to standardize these best practices.
