What we do
We’re solving the hardest problem that organizations face: realizing their ambitions. That involves things like helping them map their strategy, set the right goals, and deliver the results that matter. It’s a tough one, but we love a good challenge.
Twice a year, we get together off-site to plan the future of Perdoo. A mixture of workshops, strategy sessions, and team events; retreats help us get to know each other even better and build a strong company culture.
With the times we live in and technology at the tips of our fingers, work can be done from anywhere. And, at Perdoo we believe flexibility is the way to go. The Berlin team comes together for one week per month. Beyond that, you’re free to work from anywhere!

We care about your health and we want to make it simple for you to stay healthy. Go to our kitchen to enjoy a constantly changing and fresh selection of fruits & veggies. And did you already see we have our own gym?
The largest rooftop in Berlin
We have a huge rooftop where we enjoy our lunches in the summer and host our famous annual rooftop party.
Free, catered lunches
On Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursday we offer free catered lunches, which we enjoy together with Kayak with whom we share our office. Oh, and we also offer free breakfast every day!
A gym & free massages
Did we already say that we care about your health? Use our free gym to workout in the early morning, before lunch, or after work. Book a monthly appointment with our masseuse to relax those sore muscles!
In your application it’s important that you’re able to demonstrate why you’re the best fit for the position. You don’t need to prepare a traditional cover letter, instead, we’d prefer that you send us a short intro telling us more about you.
All applications are reviewed carefully by a human and you’ll hear from us within a maximum of 3 days.
You’ve been invited to your first interview - congratulations! The objective here is for both sides to get to know each other better. We want to know what you've done in the past, your current motivations and where you see yourself in the future.
Come prepared! We’re happy to answer any questions you may have about Perdoo and the role.
Here we want to see how you’d approach a certain challenge: a coding project, a marketing brief, a mock sales demo, etc. We believe case studies are a better way to demonstrate your skills than countless interview rounds.
Note: The goal here isn’t just for us to get a better idea of your work, but also for you to understand more about how we work and what we value.
Hiring Manager interview
This interview takes a deeper dive into the role and team you’ll be part of. We’ll talk in detail about your previous experiences and the projects you’ve worked on. We’ll also ask you questions about the case study, to understand your thought process behind it.
This is a good chance for you to learn more about the role and what we’d expect from you.
Interview with our co-founders
Every candidate gets to meet at least one of our co-founders. Even if you won't report directly to one of them, we believe it's important for you to learn about Perdoo's mission and what we value most.
This is also the final cultural fit check, to make sure you're aligned with what we aim to achieve here.
Reference calls and offer
The last step: before we make a decision, we’ll ask you for your references from your previous jobs to hear their experience of working with you. The hiring team will then meet to discuss everyone’s impressions and make a decision.
If you’re that person, we’ll schedule a video call with you to share the good news and will send you a formal offer letter via e-mail.
