Q2 2020 wasn’t just another quarter, many things happened around the world. It feels trivial to be talking about our product updates right now. Nonetheless, we’ve assembled a list below in case they can help you and your team.

Here are the highlights, we hope you like them!

Check performance of each group

We’ve added performance indicators to the ‘All groups’ page. It’s a quick way to check the performance of all the different groups in your Perdoo account.

💡 PRO TIP: If you’d like to track a group on an ongoing basis, it’s best to star them. They will then be added to your new Home view and you’ll receive their weekly progress reports.

Stay on top of subgroups

We’ve added a (sub)groups tab to the company and group pages. If you’re a C-level exec or department head — and thus responsible for multiple (sub)groups — this new overview makes it easier than ever to stay on top of everything that’s going on in your department or company.

💡 PRO TIP: Set both OKRs and KPIs for the groups that you’re responsible for. That way, you have a full, 360-degree overview of their performance.

Check-in on the go

Forgot to update your goals prior to a meeting? Traveling back from a big event where you’ve acquired 10 more leads? With our new mobile apps for iOS and Android, you’ll always carry around your most important goals and can update them on the go!

The app is still in beta, but is already available for you: here’s how to get started.

💡 PRO TIP: The new mobile app supports SSO and Check-ins.

Less noise in Slack & Check-ins via Slack

We’ve improved our Slack integration. We’ve given you more control over what to include in your notifications to Slack. You can now also Check-in via Slack, so you can update all your goals without leaving your favorite app.

Head over to Configure ≫ Integrations ≫ Slack to start using our new Slack integration.

💡 PRO TIP: Groups can set up their own integration with Slack. All the updates for that group will be sent to their own channel on Slack.

Review past Check-ins

As a manager, you not only want to make sure that the people who report to you feel well at work, you also want to ensure they perform well. A regular 1:1 is a simple and effective tool to ensure both, and we’ve made it super simple to review a direct report’s performance during 1:1s.

Go to your direct report’s user page and head over to the Check-ins tab. Click on ‘View’ for the Check-in that you’d like to review.

💡 PRO TIP: Make sure your direct report’s have selected you as their manager. They will then automatically appear on your Home view and you can access their Check-ins directly from there.

Keep track of everything that matters to you

There’s always a million things going on at the same time. It’s hard to filter out the noise and stay focused on the things that truly matter. Our brand new Home view does exactly that: it offers a place where you can keep track of everything that matters to you

💡 PRO TIP: What matters to you can differ from what matters to your colleagues, so we’ve made your new Home customizable. Learn how it works.

More powerful exports

Data exports can be a powerful tool when you’d like to run your own analysis. We just made this tool even more powerful.

Statuses for Objectives are now included in your data exports (we’ve also added them to Explore). And we’ve added a column for Key Results to the Initiatives export so you can see which Initiatives are linked to which Key Results.

We’ve changed our PDF exports to be in landscape mode so you have the same overview in a PDF as in our web app!

Help setting OKRs

Setting OKRs is hard. One of the common mistakes when setting OKRs is ending up with too many Key Results or too many Objectives. We’ll now warn you when this is happening, so you can avoid these mistakes.

Build on past learnings

Closing OKRs is an important part of every OKR program. Closing your OKRs forces you to pause and reflect. It enables you to collect and share your learnings before you start focusing on something new.

To prevent these learnings from getting lost, we have made them easily accessible from within Explore as well as the company and group pages.
